SENA

Sena was born in Istanbul in 1982. Graduated from Central Saint Martins Art University, London, Department of Graphic Arts and Design in 2006, Sena carried out art projects within the scope of social responsibility issues between 2005-2008 and took part in various exhibitions in Istanbul and England. He was one of the two creators of the "Tershane" project formed in 2006. After her solo exhibition "2" at x-ist in 2009, she met with art lovers with her solo exhibitions "3Gen" in 2010 and "Fantastik 4" in 2011. The artist participated in Contemporary Istanbul'06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,16 fairs, in 2009 at St-art (14th European Contemporary Art Fair, Strasbourg, France), in 2012 He took part in VIP Art Fair, Art Dubai and SCOPE Basel fairs.
The Empire Project / Istanbul hosted the “5” solo exhibitions in 2014 and the “6 solo exhibitions in 2016. Also, in June 2016, he held his first solo exhibition abroad at the New York Sleep Center.7. his solo exhibition 'DIP', curated by Beral Madra, met with the audience in Dolapdere Evliyagil, Istanbul between December 2019 - February 2020.
The artist is also one of the active producers of the Istanbul-based Signs of Times artist initiative and continues to produce in his workshop in Büyükdere, Istanbul, which he named 'İNAT'.
