The subject of this Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) Preliminary Information Form (“Preliminary Information Form”) is related to the following services purchased by the BUYER from https://www.kolekta.com/tr/ (“Website”) It consists of determining the rights and obligations of the BUYER and PR Departman Ltd. Şti (“Kolekta”) in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated 27.11.2014. By accepting this Preliminary Information Form, the BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that if the contract subject confirms the order, it will be under the obligation to pay the price subject to the order and the additional fees, if any, by complying with the principles specified in this Preliminary Information Form.
The BUYER, who has requested to become a member of the Website by becoming a party to the Website User Agreement, shall consider that the e-mail address declared through the Online Membership Portal will be deemed the valid notification address for any notification to be made by Kolekta, and any notification to be made to the specified e-mail address is legally valid notification. know that it will have all legal consequences.
The BUYER accepts and declares that all usage and disposal authority on the Website belongs to PR Departman Ltd Şti.
CONTRACT SUBJECT SERVICE INFORMATION
1.1. The BUYER has chosen the products included in the website, its application and all related applications on the specified platforms, and the BUYER knows that the sales process will be completed and the delivery of the products will start with the completion of the sales process and accepts this matter.
1.2. All membership types offered by Kolekta are subject to the terms of indefinite term subscription agreement; Membership will continue unless a cancellation request is made by the BUYER.
1.3. The only method by which the BUYER can pay is provided by Kolekta.
1.4. The BUYER undertakes that the invoice information to be submitted on the Website during the payment is complete and complete. The invoice to be issued by Kolekta artists and/or art galleries will be sent to the BUYER together with the purchased products. SALES PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Sales Contract Regulation, artworks and similar products you will buy from kolekta.com.tr are exempted from the right of withdrawal mentioned in the Law on the Protection of the Consumer numbered 6052, even if they are purchased from the internet, there is no obligation to be taken back by the e-commerce site. The BUYER may apply for complaints and objections in disputes arising from the implementation of the Contract between the parties to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Courts in the place where the service is purchased or domiciled within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
After this Preliminary Information Form is read and accepted by the PURCHASER in electronic environment, the phase of establishing a distance sales contract will begin.
The BUYER acknowledges, declares and undertakes that he / she has read and accepted the articles specified in this Preliminary Information Form and that he / she has no objection to the order subject to this Preliminary Information Form.
