EKAV / Education, Culture and Research Foundation, with the 27th year of its establishment, continues to support art education in Turkey by granting scholarships to students who study in Fine Arts departments of various universities and succeed in different disciplines. “EKAV-ARTIST New Generation 5” which is the fifth of the series is being presented at the Ekavart Gallery from 14 May to 29 June.

This year Ilgın Akın is the curator of this exhibition which includes works of 27 new-generation artist who are on their way to become important artists of the future. Besides the many exhibitions and activities that the Foundation has organized within its social responsibility projects; “EKAV-ARTIST New Generation” exhibition series, which includes young artists who focus on different disciplines together with our scholar, has a distinctive importance for the EKAV Foundation.

“EKAV-ARTIST New Generation 5” exhibition will take place with the participation of following 27 young artists who call attention with their successful works and original styles; Büşra Kölmük, Cem Özkeser, Ceyhun Topçu, Çağdaş Erçelik, Dilara Mataracı, Dora Özyurt, Doruk Paksoy, Ege Subaşı, Elif Işık, Emrah Önal, Erman Gürcüm, Fatma Avcılar, Ferhat Salman, Kaan Saatçi, Karis Deniz Kara, Mert Çıkılmazkaya, Neşe Karataş, Özge Kahraman, Özge Kul, Rana Balca Ülker, Sefa Karakuş, Sevda Alat, Sezer Arıcı, Şerife Gül Çakmak, Şevin Kupik, Tuğçe Güney and Zeynep Sağır.
