He was born in Istanbul at 1989. At 2015 he completed his undergraduate study at Yeditepe University, Fine Art Faculty, Plastic Arts Department. He continues to education at Yıldız Technical University, Art and Design Facility master program. He makes to an criticism object to the human and their relationship with nature by comparing the elements of space, human and nature. At the beginning, the nature was an environment where is containing lots of options for humankind. In course of time the nature of environment started to disappear, people started to staying face to face their own demolish because of the resources are decrease and the needs are increase. Baltacı helps us to see the relationship between human-space relationships and living and non-living things.
