Ebru Ceylan

She was born in 1976 in Ankara. She started her photography studies in 1992. In addition to the personal exhibitions she held in Turkey and abroad, she participated in various group exhibitions.In 2001, she graduated from Marmara University G.S.F Cinema-TV department. In 1998, she shot her first short film KIYIDA. With this film, Cannes Film Festival was selected as the competitive main section.And with the same film, she participated in various national and international festivals and received various awards. Between 2001-2004, she studied at Mimar Sinan University G.S.F Cinema-TV Department. She worked as scriptwriter, art director and actor in various films of Nuri Bilge Ceylan. She is still working on film and photography.
