Aytuğ Aykut (b. 1986, Eskişehir graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Painting in 2018, and continues his proficiency in art education in Osmangazi University, Department of Art and Design. His work has been exhibited in several solo and mixed exhibitions. The artist continues his life and works in Eskişehir.
Adopting an ecologically-based understanding of art, the artist generally focuses on the nature-human relationship and their traces in the collective memory.In his works, the artist tries to create a balance in his paintings that will recover the spontaneous from chaotic and the technical from the unanimated. The desired point in his art and his daily life is the same thing which is aesthetic of simplicity. The source of his desire to produce is reaching the authentic one with the least possible movement. He is trying to create a calm style of painting to catch this simplicity. When determining the subjects of his artwork, his aim is not to be jammed in the day but also aware of the questions and problems of present.
