Evin Art Gallery

Since its establishment in 1996 by Evin and Ümit İyem, Evin Art Gallery has been one of the most important representatives of figurative art in Turkey. With its young and dynamic new generation team, the gallery undertakes the representation and promotion of its represented artists while also including guest artists in its programme, without moving away from the core values of its founders, namely that of trust and expertise.

With more than twenty years of experience, Evin Art Gallery has earned an important place in the Turkish art market and has played a leading role in protecting the rights of both artists and collectors since 2001.

In addition to the solo and group exhibitions organized with the great masters of Turkish modern art and promising young artists throughout the year, the Gallery has also held the Nuri Iyem Painting Award and exhibition since 2006.

Evin Art Gallery serves art enthusiasts in Istanbul’s historic Bebek district, at a second-degree historical building. The building is also the first building in Turkey, that was specifically designed for an art gallery. Apart from the two-floor exhibition hall, there is a collection floor and a special warehouse in the basement, where the works of the artists represents can be seen permanently.
